Training
Active Voice currently offers technical training, training documentation and certification to Authorized Dealers in good credit standing. Authorized Active Voice resellers can login to our Reseller Web Site (login required) to view the most current list of training courses offered.

At time of installation of a Unified Communications system, Active Voice technicians also provide Administrator and End-User training.

Instructor-based training provided by Active Voice can be arranged on an as required basis. No regular courses have currently been scheduled. Training classes can be organised for

  • Technician Certification - Installation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting
  • Administration Training - Maintenance and Daily operation of Voicemail systems for site Administrators
  • End User Training - Short courses for end user operations and unified messaging
